1. Introduction
Attribute Global Ventures Pte. Ltd. is dedicated to upholding the rights of investors across all vehicles and mandates under its management. This document summarises the principal rights and protections afforded to investors, which are supplementary to and consistent with the definitive terms set out in the applicable fund constitutional documents (Limited Partnership Agreement, Trust Deed, or Subscription Agreement as relevant). In the event of any conflict between this summary and the applicable constitutional documents, the constitutional documents shall prevail. Figures presented herein, including the $1.7B valuation (as per peak valuation in AUM until June 2026), reflect the historical peak valuation achieved by the company. This figure is provided for informational context only and does not constitute a representation of current market value, active capitalization, or future performance.
2. Information Rights
Investors are entitled to receive: Audited annual financial statements of the relevant fund within the timeframe specified in the constitutional documents; Quarterly or periodic performance reports as specified in the offering materials; Capital call notices and distribution notices in accordance with agreed timelines; Material event notifications that may reasonably affect an investor's interests; Access to AGV's fund administration portal for account information (subject to KYC completion)
3. Economic Rights
Pro-rata participation in distributions in accordance with capital contributed and the waterfall provisions of the relevant vehicle; Return of contributed capital and carried interest distributions as set out in fund documents; Protection against dilution of economic interest without investor consent at the threshold specified in each fund's constitutional documents
4. Governance Rights
Where applicable under the relevant fund structure, investors may have the right to: Vote on material amendments to the fund's constitutional documents; Participate in investor advisory committee (LPAC/IAC) processes if elected or appointed; Request the removal of the general partner or fund manager for cause, subject to the thresholds in the constitutional documents; Consent to conflicts of interest transactions above prescribed materiality thresholds
5. Redemption & Liquidity Rights
Liquidity terms, redemption rights, lock-up periods, and transfer restrictions vary by fund vehicle. Investors are directed to the relevant fund's offering documents for specific liquidity terms. AGV does not guarantee liquidity and investors must be prepared to hold positions for the duration of the fund's life.
6. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

7. Anti-Dilution & Investor Protections
AGV does not accept side letters that grant materially preferential economic terms without disclosure to the relevant investor advisory committee; Fee structures are disclosed in full in the relevant offering documents prior to commitment; AGV maintains appropriate professional indemnity insurance for regulated activities
8. Regulatory Protections
AGV operates within the regulatory framework administered by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Investors who believe AGV has acted in contravention of applicable MAS regulations may report such concerns directly to MAS via its official reporting channels.
