1. Objective
Attribute Global Ventures Pte. Ltd. maintains a robust Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework designed to ensure the continuity of critical business operations, protect investor assets, and minimise disruption to stakeholders during adverse events or operational interruptions. This policy reflects AGV's commitment to operational resilience and aligns with MAS Guidelines on Business Continuity Management (BCM) and the relevant provisions of the Financial Advisers Act and Securities and Futures Act applicable to our operations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all AGV operations, personnel, technology systems, and service providers involved in: Investment management and portfolio monitoring activities; Investor communications and capital account operations; Fund administration and financial reporting; Technology infrastructure supporting the above functions
3. Risk Assessment & Business Impact Analysis
AGV conducts a formal Business Impact Analysis (BIA) on an annual basis and following any material change to business operations. The BIA identifies critical business functions, the maximum tolerable period of disruption (MTPD) for each function, and the recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) required to maintain acceptable service levels. AGV's critical functions and their recovery targets are reviewed by senior management and the relevant committee on at least an annual basis.
4. Recovery Strategies
4.1 Technology Resilience: Core systems are hosted on cloud infrastructure with automatic failover capabilities; Data is backed up in real-time to geographically separated locations; System recovery tests are conducted at least semi-annually. 4.2 People Resilience: Critical roles have documented backup coverage and succession procedures; Remote working capability is maintained for all key personnel; Emergency contact trees are maintained and tested annually. 4.3 Third-Party Dependency Management: Key service providers (fund administrators, custodians, technology vendors) are required to maintain and evidence their own BCM plans; AGV conducts periodic due diligence on third-party resilience capabilities
5. Testing & Review
AGV's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is tested through tabletop exercises and simulations at least once per year. Test results, gaps identified, and remedial actions are documented and reported to senior management. This policy is reviewed annually and updated to reflect changes in AGV's risk profile, operations, or regulatory requirements.
6. Investor Communication During Disruptions
In the event of a significant operational disruption, AGV will communicate with investors as promptly as circumstances allow through available channels, including email, the AGV Investor Portal, and direct contact from designated relationship personnel. AGV maintains fallback contact details for all investors to facilitate communication during system outages.
7. Policy Ownership
This policy is owned by AGV's Chief Operating Officer and reviewed by the senior management committee. Material updates require approval from the relevant management authority.
